Ce petit chou est inspiré d’un célèbre dessert de Pierre Hermé, chef pâtissier et chocolatier français : le chou Ispahan. Il s’agit d’un chou avec craquelin, crème mascarpone aux pétales de roses, litchis et framboises.

Amusez vous à le faire avec un visage pour un amigurumi adorable, ou bien sans, pour accessoiriser une dînette !

This little choux is inspired by a famous dessert of Pierre Hermé, French pastry chef and chocolate maker: the choux Ispahan. It is a choux with cracker, mascarpone cream with rose petals, lychees and raspberries.

Have fun making it with a face for an adorable amigurumi, or without, to accessorize a set of crochet play food.
